When a sunrise looks like a flag that looks like my job.
It’s been in on my mind all day. Because it’s March 8th. Because it’s good to celebrate and praise, especially when so much is at stake everywhere in this world. Ukraine, yes. And so much more.
As a mother, I feel I have to rise to raise kids that I nutrure, those who are leading the way for me to more and more love, always.
As a kid, I had to rise to spread the positive values I so naturally embodied, like so many kids, and I couldn’t wait to create, support or reinforce human being’s contributions.
As a woman, I rise through wounds and blessings, and I wish that all men around me can rise to more softness and completion, more space and confidence that, yes, it can be welcomed just as it is.
We all know what we should rise against.
Let’s not lose sight of what we should rise for.
To all the beautiful women, kids and men, who are sharing this solar journey with us and are making it possible, I feel like celebrating you, us, those who rise for empowerment through a dignified energy source. An energy source that nobody can own, and therefore that cannot be used as a reason for conflict : the rising sun.
